SINGLE ORIGIN. FAIR TRADE. SHADE GROWN. Arabica Coffee, Catimor Variety from Dalwagan, Bukidnon. Dalwagan is a village in the foothills of Mt. Kitanglad.  Catimor is cultivated by the Talaandigs from Mindanao, using organic and indigenous methods without any chemicals, at elevations of more than 900 meters. Catimor is a cross between Timor (rust resistant) and Caturra.  Together with partner farmers, we strive to promote organic methods of production and encourage multiple cropping. We hope to shorten the value chain by linking coffee experts to farmers, giving access to post harvesting facilities, and linking their produce to the right market, thus allowing better prices for beans.
