2 pounds Grass Fed Lean Ground Beef
Minced onion, olives, or carrots (to add moisture without adding fat.)
Salt and pepper, Dijon Mustard, and Thyme for taste.
Form meat into six patties about 1 inch thick. Heat a heavy , cast iron-skillet over a medium flame. When Skillet is hot, add three patties. Cook about 7-8 minutes per side. Add salt and pepper, mustard and thyme for taste. Hamburgers should be medium rare. Keep warm in oven when preparing the second batch. Serve with whole grain hamburger buns, curly leaf lettuce and cherry tomatoes. You can even add cheese.
