It can be tough compared to the usual grain fed beef. The trick is to marinate it at least for 24 hours. I marinated it with olive oil, lemon & garlic. Only add salt & pepper prior to cooking. And then you have to cook it rare to medium rare as it gets easily overcook. No "sebo". Delicious meat. And you get like 5-6 big chunks of meat compared to eating out and you only get 1 slice for 600php.
