YOUR PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

As soon as you have placed an order online, the DowntoEarth team shall be checking the availability of your order.  We will then contact you for your final purchase price and date of delivery.  Please note that your total price may still change subject to product availability and the weight of some items.  

ORDERS

DowntoEarth reserves the right to refuse bulk or large quantity orders.  

All products are subject to availability. 

Due to continuous product development and the seasonal availability of certain items, DowntoEarth reserves the right to substitute any ordered product for an alternative of equal or higher value.

DELIVERY 

Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held responsible for deliveries which fail because the chosen recipient is not available at the given address at the delivery date and time. 

If no one is available to take the delivery, your order will be taken back to the Farm Store, and you will be notified to arrange for pick up or redelivery.  Redelivery shall be subject to a new delivery charge.

If you have a recurring order placed with us for a monthly or weekly box and wish to cancel, we require a full 7 days notice prior to your next order.  Please send us an email at info@downtoearth.com

PRIVACY

DowntoEarth shall maintain the privacy of all its customers.  All customer details will be stored on a secure database for reference purposes only. We will never pass your details on to a 3rd party. We will contact you by telephone if an urgent issue arises with your order.
