I love this product and order it frequently. You can use it for salads or simply mix it into any of the food you like to prepare. As long as you keep the Kale cool it will stay in good condition for up to 10 days. Ive noticed that if you wrap the Kale in paper and keep it all sealed in a plastic bag it will last longer then just storing it in a plastic bag. Great product by a great company, thanks guys!

Be sure to clean the kale thoroughly before eating it. Because it's organic, no pesticides are used on it. We found a number of small caterpillars in it. Other than that, it was great. It is also good value for the price.
