Gluten free and soy free vegetable burger patties. Packed with flavor, made with chick peas, biodynamic arugula and parsley, onions, garlic, sea salt and spices. *Do not thaw. Just heat a splash of oil (coconut oil or palm oil preferred) in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. For best results, eat with our biodynamic salad greens and heirloom tomatoes, and top with our Ketchup!
