Barbeque Beef Stew



6 pounds grassfed beef stew meat
1 or 2 chopped onions
1 bottle catsup
3 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
1 stalk chopped celery
3 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 Tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1 Tablespoon salt
1-1/2 cups water

Cut grassfed beef into 5 or 6 chunks and add along with the remaining ingredients to a large pot. Cover and bake at 300° for 6 hours or until meat is tender enough to shred. Barbecued beef stew recipes may also be made in a crock pot.
