Serves 4-6
2 pounds grassfed beef, cut into bite-sized cubes
6 carrots, cut into strips
3 medium potatoes, quartered
1 can tomatoes
1 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup diced celery
3 tablespoons minute tapioca
1 slice bread, in bits
Mix all ingredients well and place in a buttered 3-quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake for about 3 hours at 325º F.
