Grass fed rib eye steak
1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard
Pastured Bacon
To make Gravy: Mix and simmer
2 tbsp. Beef Broth
1 tsp. Unbleached White Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pastured bacon. Set aside. Slice a 2-inch long cut in the middle of the steak. Insert mustard and cooked bacon in the cut you made. Season with salt and pepper. Sear on each side for 2 to three minutes. Put gravy on top.
